Customer Site Redesign

Overview

Owned development and launch of new Customer site in September 2020. Saw 120% increase in traffic to new site within 1 week of launch. Continuing to optimize performance through experimentation with new content formats, filter functionality, improved Hand-raiser forms, increased promotions and minimum 1 new story published monthly.

Execution: Partnered with design, engineering and sales leadership to redesign the existing customer site with the goal of driving opportunities through high value case studies and social proof for the buyer.

Primary KPI: Marketing-sourced sales Opportunities (HRs); Traffic as a secondary metric.
