Overview
Since establishing the customer marketing program at InVision, I helped simplify and scale the process of featuring high value customer stories across our content funnel, from awareness building campaigns to driving retention and renewals with key accounts.
Execution: Customer stories are leveraged across channels (owned and earned), including: PR, Analyst Relations initiatives, blog features, social, event speakers, webinar guests, Drift campaigns, and Lifecycle Marketing email nurtures.
Primary KPI: Traffic, Self-Serve Registrations, MQLs, Marketing-Sourced Sales Opportunities
